JKB Inc & LASCO Development Corp out of Houston have entered into a partnership agreement with rapidly growing 7-Eleven Corporation out of Dallas to build a brand new multi-fueling station convenience mart at FM 1960 & Perry Road in Houston.

LASCO is a multi-tiered commercial development company that is hiring Jerry Kachel builder Inc, a Veteran Owned Small Business and Texas household name as an industry leading Commercial General Contractor, to construct the facility.

JKB President Scott Beam stated his company is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Todd Womack (LASCO Director of Development) and his Team to bring the iconic 7-Eleven Brand to this part of Houston and looks forward to building a beautiful facility for the community and the 7-Eleven family of stores. 

The project is scheduled to begin on June 1, 2021 and will take approximately 28 weeks to build.
